Gary Smith rips and reps it for B4LT1M0RE. He's done alot in helping grow the skateboard scene in a city which was often and still is overlooked. Currently, dude is keepin it real for VU Skateshop and the EAST COAST ALL DAY EVERYDAY! Like his shop logo says.......truly one of "Baltimore's Finest.
